Placing an Order

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere within mainland UK. Free UK delivery on orders over £250.00 ex VAT.

Monday to Thursday (before 1:00pm):
Dispatched same day via UPS for standard next business day delivery.
Please note: UPS usually deliver our parcels on time, but next business day delivery is not always guaranteed - However, we can assist with tracking your parcel throughout.
Friday to Sunday:
Dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Cut-to-measure and bespoke LED strips: 1-3 business days.
Off-the-shelf LED strip lights and other products: Next business day.
Aluminium profiles: Next business day, or 1-3 business days if cut-to-measure (during busy periods).

Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order value and product types.
Additional shipping options (pre-9am, pre-12pm, same-day courier) are available on request. Charges must be agreed before dispatch.
