A. Yes, COB LED strip is priced per metre. You can add as many metres as you need to your cart.

Q. If I order 4 metres, will it come as 4 x 1-metre lengths or one continuous length?
A. If you select 4 metres, it will be dispatched as one continuous 4-metre length, unless otherwise specified. If you need 50 metres, this will be dispatched as 10 x 5 metre reels, each reel with 2 metre tails soldered. 

Q. Does the strip come with soldered cable tails?
A. Yes, on orders of 5 metres in one linear length - 2 metre soldered cable tails are included. For shorter lengths, you can select custom length orders as an optional extra.

Q. Can I cut the strip down to size?
A. Yes, you can cut the strip every 50mm along the designated cut points.

Required components

Soldered 2 core cable tail. Always select the correct cable for your project ensuring efficient current flow & optimal performance.  Quick calculation:  1. Multiply the amount of metres of strip by the wattage: e.g. 5m strip (@10w/m) 5 x 10 = 50 watts  2. Now divide 50 by 24 (24v)= 2.083A 0.5mm cable capacity  = 3A 0.75mm cable capacity = 6A In this example - 0.5mm cable is the suitable 2 core cable option for cable tails up to 3m in length, with the recommendation to use 0.75mm cable for longer required cable tails ensuring more efficient current flow, optimal performance & preventing voltage drop.  2 Core cable
